Details of Individual Units
Each unit is individually metered for gas, electric and water. Owner pays for trash removal and for watering the common area. Unit C and D are two bedrooms with one bath units. Unit A and B are one bedroom with one bath units. All units have Refrigerators and electric range/oven. All units have a fan over the eating area. Both upstairs Units D and B have window air conditioning units. Units D, C, A have tile flooring in bathrooms. Unit D is freshly painted, has new light fixtures, new linoleum and carpet. Unit D only has a micro-wave and portable washer unit. Unit A only has 220 hook up for dryer and plumbing for washer. Unit A has newer linoleum in the kitchen. Unit A has new cast iron drains in flooring. Unit C has newer carpets. Roof is 3.5 years new and was re-coated in June 2005. Roof is a torched down vinyl roof, coated with reflective aluminum coating. There are five individual parking spaces available for the property; one per unit and one for the owner/manager.
